At Johnson & Hill, we will work one-on-one with you to learn about your background, skills and interests. We can then match you with a position that's a good fit for you. In addition, we recruit for many companies throughout the Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut areas who do not advertise their job openings, giving you access to better jobs.

Will I be charged a fee to use your service?

No, we never charge a fee to candidates.

How do I apply for a job through Johnson & Hill?

What kind of jobs do you fill?

We fill a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions in administrative, financial, legal and professional positions.

What does temp-to-hire mean?

Temp-to-hire means you are working as a Johnson & Hill employee at a client site with the possibility of being hired full-time by the client after a trial period. If your assignment converts to a full-time hire, you will become an employee of the company where you are working.

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

We work with financial institutions, law firms, corporations, small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions, government offices and manufacturing companies.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered, is it all right to turn it down?

We realize that not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

How many times should I check in regarding my availability for work?

Depending on the position you're seeking, your recruiter will let you know when to check in. As a general policy we ask that you give us an update weekly, either by phone, email or log in online and update your status.
