  • Skills assessments will be requested based on your skills, experience and specific job interests. This can be done online from home or in our office.
  • Interview with a placement specialist who will arrange to meet with you in person, to gather information and determine the best staffing options for you.
  • Paperwork, policy & benefits. Before an assignment can be started it's important to ensure the necessary employment/tax forms and policy guidelines are completed. At this time, Johnson & Hill will provide information regarding employee benefits, timesheet and payroll procedures.
